J.R. Kraft

J.R. Kraft is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of BASE. He directs Base's investment strategy and decisions. A visionary leader and accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving growth, J.R. was previously Co-Founder, President and a Board Member of BuildASign.com. While at BuildASign, he grew the company to nine figures in annual sales and sold the business in 2018 to Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR) at a total valuation of $280M. J.R. is recognized for his ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving a shared vision that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. He is a founding member of the Austin Council of Entrepreneurs (ACES) and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
